The amount will vary depending on your location and the value of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for any customs-related fees.

As a small, independent jeweler, we are unable to provide in-house insurance coverage for the pieces we create. However, many of our clients choose to include their custom jewelry within their homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policies, while others opt for specialized policies designed specifically for high-value or fine jewelry. We are happy to provide professional appraisals, which can be submitted to your chosen insurance provider to help facilitate coverage.

As an independent, family-owned business, we are not associated with any financial institutions and therefore do not offer financing for our jewelry pieces.
However, we want to assure you that paying for your custom jewelry doesn’t need to be done all at once. Our process involves three installments: An initial deposit of $150 is required to begin the design phase. After you approve the personalized design we've created, the total price will be finalized, and we will request a second payment of 50% of the project cost. Once your unique piece is complete, the final 50% payment will be due, allowing us to deliver your handcrafted jewelry to you.

Each one of our custom designs is made entirely from scratch. To create your jewelry piece, we devote a significant amount of time towards building your design. Based on your inspirations and personal style, we create a one-of-a-kind piece that’s just for you.
With the large amount of time and labor our custom projects entail, we are unable to provide mock-ups without a commitment from you to create your jewelry with us. Before we begin working on your custom design, we request the initial deposit fee of $150 for your project.

In most cases, we can incorporate your purchased or heirloom gemstones into the custom jewelry piece we create for you. Before proceeding, we will need to inspect your stones to ensure they are suitable for use in the design. There are some instances where we may not be able to work with your gemstones.

Yes, we are happy to offer resizing services as needed. Typically, we can adjust our rings by 1/4 to 1/2 size up or down without any issues.
However, for fully custom creations, resizing by a full size or more can sometimes be difficult while preserving the integrity of your unique design. If you think you may need to resize your ring in the future, please inform us in advance so that we can consider the possibility of resizing when crafting your beautiful piece.
